Ian started coaching me last year, I felt I needed some accountability and structure with the gym. Ian created a training plan designed around my work/social life. Within the first few weeks I started noticing a difference with my form improving and the weights consistently increasing. A few months down the line Ian helped me to develop training plans myself as he felt I was equipped to start training independently. A year has gone by and I am still loving training, developing plans myself and seeing results both physically and mentally. Thanks for your support and guidance Ian, you’re a top guy!!

Ian has been an amazing trainer. He structures every workout plan to both your goals and your abilities as well as eagerly adjusting it to suit the equipment available in your gym and to your needs if you find an exericise to be less accessible to you. He never asks for too much and helps you enjoy each work out bit by bit by regularly checking in on you and your progress and he takes how you feel into account. He understands that progress is both gradual and non-linear and is a continuing source of encouragement and mentorship to help you reach your goals. He is so welcoming and easy to talk to that any initial anxiety is washed away instantly, you will love working alongside him!

I had the great opportunity to work with Ian as one of his clients. Ian is a terrific personal trainer who knows what he is talking about. Ian was great to keep in touch with me and was alway checking in to see how I was doing. Ian has a great personality and is easy to talk to and will make sure to answers any questions you may have. Ian has great knowledge of weight lifting and he takes your goals very serious. If you have any questions about a workout he will send you a personal video to make sure your form is right and you do not injure yourself. I really enjoyed working with him and I would highly recommend Ian as a trainer!
